Deployment of an Exchange 2003 solution for groupware including mobile synchronization

Definition of problem :
	There are two issues in this study. The first is due to the fact that the producer of the Futur TV channel wants to be able to share his diary and contacts with his assistants. The need for real-time receipt of his e-mails, contacts and appointments on a mobile device (Pocket PC type) regardless of location, represents the second issue.

Solution proposed and rolled-out :
	Microsoft Exchange server 2003 is a corporate e-mail server which enables staff in the same company to share their diaries, access their respective address books or even exchange e-mails quickly and securely. This tool also handles mobile peripherals, which can be directly synchronized with the e-mail server. Exchange 2003 is the solution that we proposed to Futur TV to meet the requirements mentioned above. This roll-out was also an opportunity to connect all the company's employees to the e-mail server, which is used in conjunction with Microsoft Outlook.
